Ingrid Joy Wolfson, MCC
is an Executive Coach who specializes in developing effective, innovative, and healthy leaders. She works with business owners and executives in large, mid-sized and entrepreneurial organizations. Through customized one-on-one and group coaching Ingrid helps her clients to uncover possibilities, gain focus and build capability to achieve sustainable results. The key areas of her coaching practice are: leadership effectiveness, managing change, strategic planning and implementation, creativity and innovation, communications, building and maintaining strategic alliances and productive relationships, effectively working globally, virtually and across cultures, overcoming style issues and people management.
Ingrid has been a business owner, organizational change strategist, and coach for the past 25 years. She offers her clients a unique blend of business experience, an experimental mindset, and valuable insights into the psychology of people, organizations, and relationships.
As a senior consultant with Unisys, Ingrid worked with executive teams in the U.S. Coast Guard and other government agencies to design and implement organization-wide change initiatives.
Previously, Ingrid held the position of Manager of Training for Keane, Inc., a $500M software development company, and worked in both human resources and training for American Hospital Supply Corporation (now Baxter International). Before joining Keane, she was President of Wolfson & Associates, a consulting firm specializing in managing the human resource side of mergers and acquisitions.
Ingrid holds degrees in psychology and business from the University of Illinois and has done extensive graduate coursework in organizational development with Loyola University and National Training Labs. She is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute and is a Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.
